Tint eyelashes from root to tip, 28 Day Mascara is a non-toxic formula that contains no coal tar derivatives or hydrogen peroxide agents. This fast acting, gentle formula delivers rich, long-lasting color for at least 4 weeks. This product can be used for Professional and Consumer applications.
