Shipping and Return's Policy
Shipping cutoff for all carriers is 3:00pm MST 5:00pm EST, any orders received after this time will ship the next business day by 3:00pm MST. We are open Monday - Friday 9am - 3:30pm MST, except for holidays.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
FREE SHIPPING to the USA
iLashstore.com offers free Priority Mail or First Class shipping on all orders $75 or more. If your subtotal in your cart is $75 or more upon checking out just choose the "Free Shipping" option and you will get free USPS or FedEx shipping. If your order is under $75 you will receive a quote for shipping. Offer is not valid for International Orders.
FREE SHIPPING to Canada over $250USD
iLashstore.com offers free International First Class (10-15 days) on all orders over $250USD. If your sub total in your cart is $250USD or more upon checking out just choose the "Free Shipping" option. If you are logging in from Canada your cart will show prices in CAD NOT USD. Daily conversion rates will affect the difference in USD to CAD.

- FedEx (FedEx 2 Day) - Delivers in 2 days EXCEPT when shipped on Thursday (Delivers Monday) or Shipped on Friday (Delivers Tuesday)
- FedEx (Standard Overnight) - Delivers in 1 day EXCEPT when shipped on Friday (Delivers Monday)
- FedEx (Priority Overnight) Delivers in 1 day w/ 12pm or sooner Delivery EXCEPT when shipped on Friday (Delivers Monday by 12pm) Any Weekend orders will ship the next available week day.
- USPS (International First Class) - 10-15 Days Depending on your Country's Customs Time***
- USPS (International Priority Mail) - 5-10 Days Depending on your Country's Customs Time***

No shipping available on weekends or holidays. Saturday Delivery is available upon request.
All orders must be in by 5pm EST to ship same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday will ship out on the next business day.
We take pride in our customers and their loyalty! If you are not happy for any reason, you may return the unused portion of the product for a full refund. You can submit a Return Request in your account by logging in and going to "My Account" -> "Orders" Find your order under "Orders" and click on the link that says "Returning Items?" From here you can submit a return request for your item(s).

Refund for Returns:
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us and we will arrange for a store credit or potential refund. Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed, you can return any product opened or unopened for a full refund. If the product is not defective, the return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer. To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase which can be your order number and/or name on the account.
Refunds (if applicable):
No refunds after 90 days, a store credit will ne given if the return is authorized. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days if your order is less than 90 days old.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, PayPal or Credit Card account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if its not defective or damaged. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
